The story so far:
Set somewhere in between the movies, comics and the real world, Mutatis Mutandis takes both familiar and obscure characters and reimagines them as people want to play them. In this world, Professor Charles Xavier, his twin sister Cassandra and Eric Lehnsherr run the Westchester Academy for Exceptional Youth, a school for young mutants. Mutants are known to the public and have been for some time now. And humans are wary about their existence. Human supremacist groups like the Purifyers, a group run by a former minister named William Stryker see mutants as an abomination and should be wiped off the face of the planet.
Then we have the Weapon Plus program. Thought to have been decommissioned over fifteen years ago, Weapon Plus was known for capturing mutants and turning them into living weapons. Unfortunately, they’re still around and under their new leader Dr. Nathaniel Essex, Weapon Plus has some new test subjects.
But there’s something strange going on behind the walls of the academy. Students are becoming divided, and cliques are starting to form within the student body. The faculty try to hold it together, but several of them are keeping secrets. Secrets that could possibly endanger the lives of those attending the school.
Join us for much drama, action, adventure and even a little romance as our mutants try to live in a world that hates and fears them.
