The air seemed to hold a bitter taste to it, Queen Titania's stomach churned with unease and she sighed softly, as her fingers splayed across the glittering scales of the dragon that she sat atop. She wondered if he had ever been offended by her perch atop his head, wrapped around his horns. It is where she preferred to sit, able to see quite a bit from atop of his head and able to steady her tiny form around his head as she rode in fairy form for now, busying herself with creating the diamond though by now, it was tucked away safely among her silks. Every once in a while she would travel human but that was only under certain circumstances. Besides, she was the queen after all, what did she have to be ashamed of?
She smiled lightly as she gazed across the stone of the Ellsinora courtyard as they descended their approach. The castle stretched skyward, impressive and created with the best of defenses in mind. With the billowing spires with the flags embellished with the royal symbol escaping with the wind, she settled back against his left horn, her legs and bare feet wrapped around her fantastic friend's right horn. She had always considered Kaori a dear friend and it made her all the more happier that he had agreed to come with her. Sighing softly, she lifted her gaze as the landing came about, her palms and fingers still splayed across his glittering scales, leaning forward as she gazed down at his facial features with a soft sigh as she lowered a hand to stroke his forehead gently for a moment before she righted herself once again, gazing skyward at the castle ahead of them, her minding turning steadily over what it was that they would present the king and queen with.
So with her winds tucked at her back and her eyes settling in a soft, yellow gold she waited patiently, her gaze trained towards the balcony where the princess Abigail emerged, wildly beautiful and very poised as she made her way to the higher balcony to peer down at their visitors, curious of whom had come to speak with the royal family as no doubt the meeting would have to be outside to fit the dragon into the meeting as well. Her Lavender eyes widened slightly in surprise at the Lord Kaori, the dragon at their doorstep and she lifted a hand, the tips of her fingers gracing her lips briefly before lowering once more as she glanced back towards the doorway, her silks whispering as she scurried back inside, gathering her skirts briefly as she trotted smoothly back inside, calling for her parents as her ebony braid swayed at her back, on this day decorated with lily's and royal purple ribbon.
The queen gathered a brief look at the princess as she emerged on the balcony though they had no need to say a thing as the princess gathered the message for no doubt the Queen of Fairies, and the Lord Dragon Kaori did not arrive at the doorstep of the castle for no reason. As she shifted, lifting to perch on her knees now instead, she sent a glance down to her reptilian friend once again with a soft sigh, her fingers stroking his glimmering scales once more with a soft smile as she waited patiently for the King and Queen to make an appearance once again.

Kaori huffed silently to himself, smoke rising from his nostril. It had been a long way from his land, not far to say, but long. The Lord dragon did not like to distance himself from what was his, and the further he got from it, the more uneasy he got. He knew that Black Star would watch over his Mountains, and the animals will stay clear of the boarders, but even with all those reassurance he still felt the need to turn tail and fly right back to his cave so that he could be there just in case something where to happen, but no, he had made a deal with the fairy Queen that he would go and dame it, Lord Dragon Kaori always kept his deals, even if he did not care for all the terms.
He huffed more, smoke poring out of his nose like a chimney. Only two things could make him smoke like that Black Star and His land, but he was ignoring it, hoping that the faster this meeting went, the quicker he can turn tail and fly right back to his home and stay there, but he knew better than that, he was the Lord of Oreste mountain, and he knew that this up coming war was going to take him far from his home, so now was a good time.
With the soft touch of a hand the dragon came back to himself, he stood in the middle of the over plush courtyard, Nothing to his taste, in fact what was the need for all the bushes and worthless flowers? Trees where better, at least than he would have some shade. To hell with the made made stone too, he much rather normal rock formation, at least then the tone had a natural heat to it, not the coldness that that stone holds within its walls.
He puffed more smoke, ready to blow fire at any minuet if someone did not came out of the stone hell, NOW! Just as he was ready to ready his fire pit, a figure emerged from the balcony close by gawked at him and rushed back inside. He was the Dragon Lord, so of course humans would act that way to him. And beside how many dragons do you see in this day and age anyway? For as much as he knew he was one of the last... Well not in hiding in the dragon world.
He just wished the human queens would hurry up and come to meet him...

Titania smiled patiently with the dragon, understanding his unease and ill temper. She wished for a moment that she could have sent word to the castle, to let them know of their arrival for after all she was a Queen and the Lord Dragon Kaori himself were approaching their doorstep and yet as they sat there, the walls echoed only silence and besides the second Princess Abigail, there was nothing. She wrinkled her nose, seeming to feel the heat swell from deep within the dragon as he grew impatient with the royal family. As her fingers traced the crown of his head in a calming gesture, she sighed softly, shifting her form to come to settle on her stomach along his head. If she laid flat, her head would lean down against his forehead. Her legs were positioned just so to keep her feet from being pricked by the beginning of his spiny thorns that rolled in a wave along his spine, her wings flitting slightly for a brief moment before she settled with a light smile, a few golden tresses dancing outwards to settle against his more stone colored scales. A vibrant light against the duller yet shimmering scales of the beast.
Her hands lowered, tracing a few of his rounded scales atop his head, like a million solid shields that protected his body. Dragons were fascinating creatures in her eyes. She had been blessed with ultimate patience, forever holding a watchful eye over the balance itself had granted her that. Breathing deeply, she came to perch on her knees atop her temporary throne this time. The thought briefly occured to her that she perched where birds seemed to sit at times and she laughed quietly at the thought, the soft tinkling of her tone cascading past her lips as she lifted her gaze once more.
By now, Abigail had made her way inside, alerting a few of the guard that there happened to be a rather stony dragon outside in their courtyard as she seeked to pass the message to her own mother and father at the current time, her whisking steps carrying her downward in the castle in search of them but at this time, the clanking sounds of metal and quiet grunts erupted as men exited the balcony chamber to poise themselves at the entrance, a few eyeing the dragon warily as they rather were positioned there solely for the protection of the royal family, no doubt. Though what sort of fight they could hold against a dragon with ultimate power, and the Queen of Fairies whose fullest extent of power was unknown by any, no one could know other then it would certainly be a quick battle did they dare take a step into the ancient powers of the world. The Queen no doubt was aware of the image they posed, rather seemingly the two most powerful entities on earth showing up requesting a meeting with the heads of Ellsinora and as she waited, her toes curled, hardly able to keep herself from her fascination with the dragon himself, an old friend whom she wished she had spent more visits with.
None the less, she had kept herself busy. Weaving a home for her people, the Sprites as well as keeping the balance sane had been work enough for her and now, the world was poised like the calm before the storm. Speaking of, she cast a brief glance skyward as a soft grey swirled about the sun once again and the heat of Spring broke briefly, the rays of the sun cut for a moment as the clouds whirled slowly about and she thought briefly, knowing that being caught in the rain as a Fairy was not the easiest thing in the world. Thankfully, her human side would no doubt have a problem, not that it was all too gracious to leave a Queen out in the rain no matter what the size of your kingdom but her kind heart would never hold a grudge. She was the ultimate neutral being.
Instead, as she waited, she took to eyeing the weather, the grey clouds lazily drifting but keeping at a steady pace. If it did begin to rain, it didn't seem that it would last long. True to word, fat droplets began to tumble not long after. Thick wells of fluid dribbling from the sky overhead began to pelt the earth below. The brief storm was so slim and shallow that not even a rumble of thunder was emitted, just a simple apathetic rain shower, the clouds swollen with moisture.
She squeaked softly as a few thick drops pelted her and she began to shield herself, her filament, jade wings shuddering beneath the pelting weight as she slid down the slick scales towards Kaori's nose, her hands gripping for a hold as she slipped and immediately her eyes pressed closed, her breath catching before she quickly murmured softly just as she began to slide from the end of his muzzle towards the ground and a faint shudder of light began to grow around her tiny, tumbling form.

Kaori huffed more, his smoke making a large wall in front of his face. Solders and princesses, and servants, and any urchin that thought to brave the dragon came running to the courtyard, just causing him to huff and puff more and more, causing him to want to toss some humans about, so they would scream and run, but no, this was not his territory, not his mountains, he had no right to want death, not unless it involved his land.
He puffed more, He hayed to wait, he hated this just standing around getting gawked at thing, he was a do it quickly type of guy, someone that decided to do something than do it, a small growl filled his longs. If he could not kill them for looking at him like a freak, well then he may as well scare them for staring.
He was about to puff his chest up to lift his head into a mighty rawer fallowed by a small whiff off flame but droplets of rain hit his hide. Kaori look up her red eyes looking at the clouds in disgust. He hated the rain, he was a earthen dragon, one born of stone and fire, not a water one that frolics in the water. The mere thought makes him want to barf on all those nosy humans.
He was about to jump up into the air, to get out of this rain, to screw it and try again another day, but things seemed to quickly go wrong, the small form that was perched atop his head slipped down between his eyes and down the bridge of his nose, Kaori fallowed her small hands grip and grab at his scales, try to hold onto any part of the dragons head. His eyes grew worried, he wanted to help, but there was little he could do other than watch.
Her eyes meet his, and he knew nothing could stop her fall from his face. But something could stop her fall to the ground. Kaori lifted his giant claws. He faced them pads up and caught her small falling form with ease, keeping her far from the ground. The Mighty Dragon lowered his head, eying the small form within his claws, shifting his body just so to make sure that she was out of the direct rainfall.
Kaori let off a puff of smoke, his face a grim line. "Be careful, Lady Titania." His voice came out softly, he seemed to be unable to act like himself, he was scared truly scared that he would not be able to catch her, that he would have missed, that she would have been severely injured. He would not have forgiven himself...

Titania's breath caught in her throat, her heart thundering as she tumbled from the tip of his nose towards the ground, rather afraid that she would hit the ground and that pieces of her tiny body would break. If she did manage to shift, the fall still would not be pleasant. However, instead of hitting the stone beneath her, she landed upon the pads of the dragon, his claws climbing upwards behind herself like protective spires that held her in towards him, her saviour whom had caught her before she could hit the ground.
She breathed a sigh of relief and dropped against his pads, the golden glow melting back to normal around her form as she curled upon his paws, laying upon her stomach for a moment as she gathered from the fear and terror that had moments ago enveloped her. She was the protector of the balance and if she was gone, there was no one left to do her job for her and yet, it seemed that this dragon worried genuinely for her for a reason past that and she pondered this for a moment. Her heart thudded within her chest like the tiny tap of a mild breeze as it rapped against his horns and perhaps even he could not detect her heart rate but none the less she was thankful and for now, she could relax for he shielded her from the fat drops that fell from the sky and she simply began to recover from her fear.
Her palms were spread across his pads, her fingers playing across the much softer piece of his body that was exposed to her, that she rested upon with ease for now before finally, she had gathered herself once more and she slowly pushed herself upwards a bit, her legs gathering beneath herself as her hair played about in a wild mass of shimmering gold along her back and face, her bun pulling apart when she had lost her seat. She leaned forward, pressing her lips to the softer padding of his feet in a brief kiss of thanks, whisking a gentle kiss to her saviour's paws without fear before she lifted herself to steady against one of his claws, her back pressed against the cartilage as she righted herself, her eyes lifting to match his and for the merest of moments they were a stormy grey and jade, showing the sharp lift of emotions that had been with her for a few brief moments but just as quickly they melted away once more into a much more gentle emerald green.
She smiled softly as she looked up at him thoughtfully as she pushed her curtain of golden tresses back along her back with a small nod, "Thank you, Lord Kaori. I am very grateful for your help." she murmured as she climbed to her feet, glancing back briefly as she gave her wings a quick flick, inspecting that they were undamaged before her head lifted once more to gaze upon the form of the dragon once more as she held her hands out, offering for his muzzle for her palms as she looked up at him invitingly, "Thank you," she repeated, her tone soft and melodic once again as she looked up at Kaori with a soft expression written across her features, fearing that she had thoroughly frightened him this time, "I do not know what I would have done, what would have become of that if not for you." she purred with a slight smile, now relaxed once again as she looked up at him before glancing skyward for a moment, gauging the weather.
She came to perch at the edge of his paws with a soft sigh, closing her eyes for a brief moment as she gave her head a shake and freed her tresses along her back before glancing downwards towards the entrance to the castle once more with a bite to her lower lip, pondering what on earth was keeping the King and Queen from coming to speak with them. She glanced upwards towards the dragon once again and gave an apologetic sigh, "I am sorry, Kaori. I had no intentions of bringing you out here only to wait and waste your time." she stated with a sad frown, for she realized the growing distress of the dragon and she thought briefly before offering a faint smile, "Unfortunately it appears that Ellsinora has indeed turned a blind eye to the growing problems, where not even a dragon and the Queen at their doorstep can arouse suspicions. Shall I weave you another stone while we are waiting?" she inquired with a slight tilt of her head and a patient smile to the creature once more.

Black Star did not really give the queen and princess a chance to say yes or no to her offer. She took off, shoving past a couple of the guards and leaving a mark or two to keep them off. The outlaw ran into the courtyard where she could hear Kaori and moved to put the dragon between herself and the castle people. The guards followed in a wave but jerked to a stop respectful of the dragon. The poor guys were getting confused. First the dragon came, then the outlaw, now the queen was breathing down their necks, and they would prefer everyone left and leave them alone to simply do their everyday job. They weren't use to being stabbed and having fire-breathing dragons and glittering fairies in the front lawn!
Black Star jerked to a stop in front of the cute couple and shook her head at the creepiness of seeing big dragon and itty bitty fairy hanging out together. It just didn't make much sense. But Black Star spoke very quickly watching the coming guards cautiously, " I've had two princesses in my village in the last twenty-four hours, Alexa has seen Murate, Tryphena and Asterion are going goo goo over one another, I'm here to make sure Alexa actually came back, I got into a spat with the princess and the queen but I've made a deal that they will listen to you and hopefully not kill me. Please keep my secrets a secret and try to not get me killed." Black Star was grabbed by a couple of the guards and slammed against a wall pretty hard. The guards formed a lovely protective circle around the outlaw but also watched the dragon fearfully. One of them muttered, "Please don't kill us.....blame the queen...." Black Star's dagger fell to the ground and she was pretty dazed from her meeting with the wall. There was a tension of what had happened in the past ten seconds or so and now everyone waited to see what was going to happen next. Strangely, as soon as Black Star no longer had physical contact with the dagger, her eyes instantly dulled and the dagger's gem glowed a bit. Black Star shook her head and lunged for her dagger only to be slammed back.
This was not the outlaw's day.

Kaori watched as her small body got up from his paw and wobbly looked up at him. She seemed fine, and well, if only a bit wussy. The dragon let a small sigh go, he seemed worried that she may had hurt herself, that a wing had been bent or even broken, but as the wings on Titania back fluttered.
He dipped his large head at her apology accepting it, He had no reason not to, he had saved her, he had been thankful that he had saved her and she came off unharmed. If he had not be able to save her, the dragon did not know, he would most likely go on a rampage, destroying the castle and anyone in it, for Titania was his friend of old, someone he wanted to protect, someone he needed to protect.
He looked up more fire in his eyes than normal, he blamed those stupid humans, that seemed to be taking far longer then they should, if they had been out here at the time of there arrival then they would have already been done with there little talk and he would be heading back to his land, back to his cave, to rest, to figure things out, like why he cared so much about Titania... He puffed smoke, his nostrils flaring, he did not like to think about those thoughts, he did not like how they made him feel...
Just as the lord dragon was about to puff more smoke, her voice again went to his ears. He turned his eyes back to her, which softened. He did not like to see her sad, he wanted to see her knowing smile, the face of a woman who knew what was going on, someone who was confident. He shock his head at her, his eyes becoming piercing. "No, it is my pleasure to be with you, and no need for another stone, the deal had been made, and I am not going to request anymore then what I first agreed upon..."
Kaori looked up his face stony, he was not sure why he felt hot, why her smile seemed to play with his head, but what ever it was he was not going to let it rule him... Not ever.
A swift shadow flew past the guards and stopped in front of him, Kaori was not in the least prepared to see the OutLaw queen herself, but he did know one thing, anger flared up in the dragon, he had ASKED HER TO WATCH HIS LAND! A swift growl left his muzzle as the guards circled Black Star, he watched them with menacing eyes, ready at any moment to toss fire at them and advance on Black Star.
Some of the guards seemed to see his moods, seemed to know that the dragon was not in the best mood at the moment and rushed into the shelter of the castle, the ones that remained, well noted the missing links in there circle and quickly found out why, they too would run for there lives.
Kaori looked Black Star in the eyes then, just them, just the two of them, his growl deep, and his eyes full of wild fire. "BLACK STAR! DID I NOT ASK YOU TO WATCH MY THINGS!?" He advanced on her, holding Titania still under his chest, safe from any fan or fire that may or may not come.

The queen shook her head simply at Alexa's mouth before calling her back and walked up with her inbetween alexa and abbie. She stared at the gaurds before holdings the princesses back " I want her taken like that" she growled and glared at abbie and alexa taking the dagger from them" I dont want her having this until we work the deal" she glared at the gaurds then the outlaw " Im greatly sorry for having to take such procautions but you killed one of our gaurds and injured more" she said before turning stepping elegantly towards the Lord and Queen. She dipped her head gently to both of them" Good to see you m'lady and m'lord" she murmered bringing up her head gently the opals around her neck and in her ears sparkled as she lifted her head and stared back to her daughters " Abbie, Alexa, come here you two" she said backing gently before glareing at the gaurds who held the girl against the stone and turned " You may bring her up here with me but keep her arms secured" she said before turning to Abbie " Give me the dagger" she said simply but in a harsh voice

Alexa's fingers curled as she shook her head, keeping her fingers around the dagger, she sighed, "I can not, mother. For this mechanism belongs to your supposed prisoner. Please, for the sake of the Spring festival, allow this to be a peaceful time. Perhaps our prisoner has a mouth on her but she has had a hand in bringing me home." she stated with a small nod, working to smooth over her mother's anger as she glanced back towards the dragon and Titania with a faint smile though her heart leaped in fear at the sight of the dragon's fury. She had a chance of protecting Black Star from the Queen but from a dragon? Not so much. She would just as quickly wind up as dragon chow and a tooth pick.
She swallowed at the prospect and sighed softly with a wince, lifting her hands though one still held the dagger with the gemstone in the handle, "Please, good lord, I beg that we leave our arguments for later and that you express what you and the beautiful Queen have traveled all this way to tell us." she begged softly to him as she offered her palms out towards him in a rather compromising and submissive gesture.
Abbie's eyes darted to the dagger when her mother inquired about it and she stepped forward to lay her fingers to the blade but as she did, she gasped, leaping backwards at the dragon's thundering anger, her eyes wide as her purple irise's gave a sharp gleam of fright at the dragon before she took a deep breath and sighed, placing her hands on her hips, "Now now, creature, there is no need for such violence I can assure you that a proper beheading can be arranged for this miscrient." she stated with a sharp glare at Black Star before she lifted her gaze once again, now growing impatient, "Now, you and this here fairy have showed up at our court to tell us something, so get to it!" she stated simply, her tone pushing, pressing the pair to express their thoughts now as she arched an eyebrow impatiently at the beast.
Titania's eyes settled to a soft gold, her smile returning as she looked up at the dragon a little longer then she needed. She sighed softly, her lungs feeling breathless for the first time in her life as her bare feet shifted against the pads of his paws and her fingers reached out to curl around one of his claws with a light flit of her wings, her gaze adoring towards the fiery tempered dragon and she smiled softly before her gaze turned towards the royals this time instead with a smile as she settled to sit on the edge of Kaori's paws once more, the soft glow growing stronger for a moment as she took a deep breath to speak, her fingers stroking the softer under sides of Kaori's paws as she perched on within his hold, relishing being kept close to his chest, feeling more or less close to his heart even if he did not think so but somewhere in the back of her mind it occured to her that perhaps somehow if even for the merest of moments, there had been something there. An unspoken emotion, a feeling that they had not expressed in words and for some reason she felt much like she was going to float away, her own heart seeming to beat with the fiery tempo of his new found flare and her rather suddenly further uplifted mood enticed the sun to shoo away the last of the clouds and to blaze with renewed rays of the sun, the courtyard rather suddenly renewed in the revival of the sun's rays.
With the refreshing warmth that washed across the courtyard, they curtained Kaori's background like the sun had brightened just to support Kaori's fiery outburst but she in turn turned her gaze to the queen, thankful to perch in Kaori's hold so that when she released herself, the golden filaments within herself would not cause her to float away. She smiled patiently, her golden eyes vibrant and piercing as she looked upon the human royal Queen with a patient stare, "Now, my Queen among humans, I ask that you forget your hatred to this woman, your need to imprison her. I ask that you release her from the hold of your guards and allow her freedom as you have not previously allowed her. This time is for celebration, is it not and yet, I have come to warn you. So please, offer me your time and your ears and allow me to take over the punishment of this outlaw, and to speak with you." she inquired, asking that Queen Elizabeth listen to her, and to release Black Star to be punished by Queen Titania, instead now as she looked down at the aging woman, thankful that she herself had never lost or gained any lack luster of her own beauty at the current time though she was not so shallow that she would put anyone past simply for looks. For crying out loud look at Kaori, he was a dragon. An enormous scaled dragon with spines down his back and yet, she had a severe soft spot for him and even adored the creature in some way, it seemed. For the moment, she filed the thoughts and looked down at the human Queen as she awaited her reply this time.

Elizabeth backed a little glareing at Abbie giving her a look that ment Quiet, dont get in the middle of this! . She glared at the gaurds and stepped over infront of the dragon a little feared by the gesture he had made. She looked at alexa and said " Give it to me"she said as she turned to the gaurds " Let her go, simply turn her over to m'lady" she muttered and walked back for a moment and watched the dragon fear crossing her eyes as she went to stand beside abbie. She watched her icy eyes scanning the fairy queen and walking foreward silently a little. Unsure of what to do to both of them. She was puzzled but was curious before moving foreward again " You said a warning?" She asked a curious look in her eyes but her face not changing " Can you tell me more about it?" She murmered and held the curious look as she watched the dragon then the fairy before speaking " You may have the girl, erm....... Black star i believe her name was" She said with a simple nodd of her head before watching the gaurds making sure they left her along " Gaurds, after eleasing the girl, go inside, this is a private matter between us" She snapped

Alexa's eyes flitted to her mother with a faint smile, satisfied that she now agreed to listen to Kaori and Titania. She breathed a sigh of relief before she turned and drifted closer to Black Star, glittering with every step she took that allowed her stones to shimmer all over again. She pressed the dagger into Black Star's hands with a slight smile and a small nod but as she backed away, a sharp wind seemed to blow, urging Black Star forward closer to the dragon and the Queen as Titania blew gently across her hands as she stared down at the outlaw Queen, moving to bring the outlaw closer to them and within their protection, sure that Kaori would have a few choice words and a spar with the outlaw later but for now, the Queen's gaze returned towards Queen Elizabeth once again, a smile staying upon her face once again as she gazed down at the human Queen, "Thank you, and yes, I did mention a warning. I have come to alert you to the growing forces in Murate, these are indeed of interest to you and your beautiful city for as I myself as well as others of this world have observed that your forces fail to hold a strong permit of soldiers, an army so to speak that will be able to face Magrej's power. I must admit that for some reason this creator of evil has risen to such wicked power that I worry Ellsinora shall fall at his feet. I have no words to explain just how grave this situation is, Queen Elizabeth. I do not mean to quench the enjoyment of your festival but after tonight I suggest that you take a strong hold and begin to plan. I do seem to have a grasp that your eldest Princess, wise beyond her years also holds vast knowledge of this approaching war that is climbing towards your doorstep and at the moment, a woman who has been saving your hide as well as your city's hide hides among this crowd at the moment so I also encourage that you shall take heed and think twice before arresting any person that crosses your threshold again." she finished, realizing that most humans could not take much in all at once and she wondered whether the Queen of Ellsinora had grasped just how very important this happened to be, for the war at her doorstep would no doubt put up a very grave point of danger for the blossoming city of Ellsinora.

Black Star stood, no longer fighting and breathing heavily. Her eyes were quickly dulling into a grey. There was a special reason that dagger was always about her person. The dagger's main blue gem also seemed to dull. The guards looked at each other in confusion but then with Kaori's shout they milled about not sure what the hell they were suppose to do. At least they were smart enough to not challenge the dragon. But the dark-haired woman was like a fire without oxygen, sliding to the ground slowly. Her eyesight blurred and muscled ached. She did not even look at Kaori. Everything seemed to go into a dreamlike trance. The guards dragged her to her feet for the queen and the only thing she knew was who was holding the dagger. Black Star did not actually see it, she was nearly unconscious with her head hanging low. Blood trickled from the back of her skull to her chin from the hard hit on the wall. The guards suddenly let go and she stumbled forward, dazed.
Black Star suddenly knew that Alexa was holding the dagger. Then she felt the familiar handle get pushed into her hands. Clenching it tightly the outlaw managed to steadily walk toward Kaori and Titania. Black Star was slowly reviving from her trance-like state, her eyes already darkening into a deep vibrant blue and suddenly the gem in the dagger gain its luster again. Black Star took the far foreleg of the dragon and sat down carefully, still pretty dizzy. Looking up at him she knew she was going to get it. But what else was she suppose to do? Two princesses had come into the Grellon and one just happened to be Black Star's new friend and future accomplice. Well, in some things anyway. The outlaw started moving again in her usual swift movements but remained sedately seated. She wondered if Titania would actually punish her. Black Star was daring and cheeky, but so far she hadn't really mouthed off to the fairy queen. Kaori got sassed because he was a grumpy old fart, though Black Star and Kaori always remained friends. Black Star hissed up to Kaori, "I have a good excuse, I promise. This was unexpected and I sorta had to deal with it." Then Black Star, half-way respectful, returned focus to Titania, ready as always to throw in some sarcastic or cheeky comment. Blood still raced down from her head and it made her a bit dizzy, but this was more important right now.

Alexa's eyes darted to Black Star for a few moments, worry creasing her brow for a moment as she rested her hands against her outstretched skirts around her legs. She sent a glance to Titania but this news was old news to her and while she had hopes that this might sink in with her mother, she still doubted it to some extent. Sighing softly, she turned and trailed away, making her way to a fountain close by after passing a brief word to the guard who soon returned with a goblet retrieved from the castle before she dipped it into the fresh spring water that ran through the trickling bowling fountain before she turned and made her way back towards Black Star once more, silent as ever as she allowed the Queen Titania to speak what she must to her sister and her mother, rather revelling in the silence they now offered. She sighed softly and made her way to Black Star's side, kneeling down beside her as her curtain of honey tresses layered down her back, the orchids settled rather perfectly in the top netting of braids that glittered softly with tiny stones tied into her hair and the tiara atop her head. Her neck glittered in ripples on the water's surface and she gave a soft sigh, smiling gently to the outlaw queen as she sat beside her, not very easily in her festive and multi colored dress but none the less.
With the goblet cupped between her hands, she lowered forward and offered the cup out to the outlaw queen, "Drink." she murmured softly to her as she sent a glance to the dagger, curious as to what it was that made that dagger so important but she didn't dare ask and lifted her gaze once more to the fellow woman's face as she straightened a bit, setting the goblet down before the raven haired young woman as she straightened a bit once more and sighed softly, lifting her gaze only when a guard stepped forward with a few small wraps and a boil of bitter smelling, olive liquid. She lowered the bowl to the ground and accepted the wraps of white cloth before she turned back to the outlaw once again, motioning towards the wound at the back of her head and the blood dribbling down her chin, swallowing at the sight of the woman who had only hours before been an epitamy of strength and intelligence, slowed a bit now by a head injury. "May I please?" she inquired, offering help to clean the wound so at least to cleanse away the blood and put Black Star into a more comfortable position, if nothing else. She gazed ahead towards the dragon, biting her lip for a moment as her gaze trailed along his leg and down to his extended claws for a moment before her gaze once again trailed back towards the outlaw Queen once again as she awaited her response.

Black Star mostly reclined, eyes shut but listening with keen interest. Still, it startled her to have Alexa seemingly suddenly appear. The outlaw queen silently raised an eyebrow at the princess's courage. Kaori looked pretty damn scary after all. But after accepting the water the outlaw sheathed the dagger though fingering it in a worried fashion. She glanced with slight distrust at the olive colored liquid but nodded slowly. She would allow Alexa to at least clean the injury. "Don't worry to much about Kaori. He's angry at me for leaving the mountains when I was suppose to take care of them, but I wasn't expecting you to come waltzing into this little game. But he's angry at me, not you, though he won't kill me. Becuase killing Black Star would mean that a certain Jahanarwa would really and certainly be dead.
Both the dragon and the fairy knew the Grellon's best kept secret, kept from most members even, that their leader was really Kai's long thought dead Jahanarwa. That was why Black Star had faded so quickly when she had nearly lost consciousness from the head wound and then lost the sky gem from her person. Inlaid in the hilt was the priceless gem, the ultimate prize. Magrej would kill thousands to get the jewel. So though the loss of blood certainly did not help things, the loss of the gem was the biggest factor here.
For the first time since they had really met, Black Star pushed back her hood all the way and let her hair fall across her face. Lightly tanned skin across high cheekbones and the most beutiful and alluring were; those strange eyes, always changing. Black Star also made a point to look at Abby and make a face as if to say, See? Alexa is nice and I will listen to her. For her, I remove my hood. Though everyone knew that the outlaw had a habit of not listening at all, to anyone. Wiping away blood from her chin she twitched her head in irritation, "It's just a hit, I just need it cleaned up a bit so that the Grellon doesn't have a mass series of heart attacks when I return. I'm be fine in a couple days, though I admit your guards have more potential then I thought. They certainly can slam a damsel into a stone wall." But now she would remain silent and let Alexa do whatever. The outlaw usually looked after others and it was almost strange to have someone looking out for her.

Alexa smiled, nodding slowly to the outlaw in return as her fingers brushed gently against Black Star's upper arm in a gentle motion before her hand fell away again, not wanting to push things much. She offered a patient view towards the outlaw, waiting for solid conformation that the queen would allow her to tend to the wound without in turn giving the princess a head wound in return for even touching her for while Alexa did not solidly fear Black Star, she respected her far more then anyone she knew and she valued her highly as the prospective source of help that Black Star could offer her and for the first time since they had met, she could feel a slight shred began to solidify towards a possible and hopeful friendship between the women. She hoped so, at least.
She smiled at the thought and for once, the gems that adored her head and hair, seemed heavy and she felt every inch the kind princess that she was. She felt the heightened elevation in her emotions that carried her far above her second sister for as Black Star's hood fell away, her eyes were cast towards Abbie who sent a rather irritated and heated glare towards them, infuriated that once again her sister had managed something that she had not and she was briefly confused as to what the hell the power thing meant for it seemed to be little in her grasp while Alexa's kind and gentle nature and her wild intelligence seemed to win her everything not to mention that she was indeed beautiful though Tryphena was quite the blossom and she was sweet and yet not so much intelligent. Abbie rolled her eyes, Tryphena was not a problem, it was Alexa that she just couldn't crack.
Abbie's fingers stroked her stomach and a wicked grin touched her features, briefly distracted from her mother and the Fairy Queen conversing now as her thoughts were wrapped around children, and men. She still had a possibility to get ahead of Alexa at that, as well. She knew full and well that the future Queen had plenty on her shoulders and that she did not trust easily however, Abbie being care free had all the time in the world to snatch a man or two at the festival. It was good to have a back up in case the first one flaked. She grinned at the thought, rather certain that her sister would never marry when the little witch had not even managed to get a man thus far. The second Princesse's mind was set, tonight certainly would start her tyrade and for once in her life, she would gain the head. Her mother and father would fawn over her and her little ones, they would shower her with gifts and love. Swollen and thick bellied with children, she would wander the castle with ease with all the money and resources she needed at her fingertips. She grinned. The raven haired female was beginning to grow antsy. She would need to recheck her reflection once again before she moved on to festival. Damn, why was this meeting taking so long? She offered a sharp and impatient sigh, hoping that the Fairy Queen and the Dragon would get the message as she shifted her weight between her feet.
Oblivious to her younger sister's festering thoughts and rather happily so, Alexa still bent at Black Star's side, managing to shift not too much as she was trying not to dirty her skirts before the festival. She held a soft and thoughtful smile as her hands lifted to work through the raven hair and carefully to pull it aside to expose the wound at the back of the outlaw's head before she took up one of the cloths with her right hand, her left hand holding aside the raven hair as the cloth was soaked in the olive liquid before she lifted it once more and began to brushed at the wound, her slender fingers very gentle and soft as she stroked away the blood and thoroughly cleaned the wound after warning the outlaw that it could sting. She bit her lip in concentration and while she was no healer, she was knowledged in basic medical needs and after a few minutes of cleaning, she finally dabbed away any excess of the sour smelling liquid before her hands lithely and smoothly wrapped and folded Black Star's raven hair into a lovely braid and secured it with a light tie at the bottom to shield the wound from view and to keep any excess dirt out of it, rather not wanting the children at the Grellon compound to worry over the outlaw. She finally straightened a bit, offering a slight smile as she nodded slowly to the outlaw in return, "There, now you should be fine." she replied as she gave her head a slight shake and released one of the orchids from her own mane of hair to tie it in at the base of Black Star's braid with a slight giggle, "You are so beautiful." she murmured to the outlaw Queen with a soft sigh as she finally stood again, "I am just happy that I will not wind up as dragon chow tonight." she murmured with a smile as she glanced up at Kaori thoughtfully for a moment before looking back to Black Star again, "You are sure that you will be all right?" she chimed with a hint of worry again.
